Accessibility

Date of Last Revision: May 27, 2026

Rocket Driver wants its website to be usable by everyone. We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA, where practical, and we work to improve accessibility over time as our website and the underlying standards evolve.

Our accessibility goals

When we design and update rocketdriver.com, we aim to:

  • Provide clear and readable text with sufficient color contrast.
  • Use descriptive page titles, headings, and link text.
  • Provide meaningful alternative text for informative images.
  • Support full keyboard-only navigation on interactive elements where reasonably possible.
  • Use accessible form labels, error messages, and required-field indicators.
  • Provide captions or transcripts for video and audio content we produce, where practical.
  • Avoid relying on color alone to convey information.
  • Maintain a visible focus indicator on interactive elements.
  • Avoid content that could trigger seizures (for example, rapidly flashing graphics).

Assistive technology compatibility

We aim to support commonly used assistive technologies and accessibility tools, including:

  • Screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver).
  • Keyboard-only navigation.
  • Browser zoom and screen magnification.
  • Operating system accessibility settings (such as high-contrast modes and reduced motion).

Different combinations of browser, operating system, and assistive technology may produce different experiences. If something does not work for you, please let us know using the contact information below.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and parts of our website may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion at every moment. Common areas where issues may exist include third-party embeds (such as scheduling, chat, payment, or video tools), legacy content from earlier versions of the site, and recently changed pages that have not yet been re-tested.

We work to identify, prioritize, and address accessibility issues as we become aware of them.

Ongoing review

We review accessibility on an ongoing basis. This includes:

  • Reviewing accessibility when we make material changes to the website.
  • Updating third-party tools, themes, and templates as accessibility standards and tooling evolve.
  • Acting on accessibility feedback we receive from users.

We do not currently publish a fixed audit schedule.

Third-party content

Some content, tools, and features embedded on our website are provided by third parties (for example, scheduling, chat, video, payment, customer relationship management, and similar tools). We try to use third-party tools that are reasonably accessible and report issues to providers when we find them, but we do not control how third-party content is built or maintained.

Report an accessibility issue

If you have trouble using any part of our website, or if you need information presented here in a different format, please contact us at team@rocketdriver.com.

When you contact us, it helps to include:

  • The page or feature you were trying to use.
  • The device, browser, and operating system you were using.
  • The assistive technology you were using, if any.
  • A short description of the problem.

We will work to acknowledge your message within a reasonable time and to respond with a fix, a workaround, or the requested information in another usable format wherever practical.

Updates

We may update this Accessibility Statement as our website and accessibility practices evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any change.
