This page is the central place to manage your privacy choices when you visit our website or interact with Rocket Driver. For more on how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy. For more on cookies and similar technologies, see our Cookie Policy.
Some rights described on this page only apply in certain locations or situations. We will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law.
To request access, a copy, correction, deletion, or opt-out, email team@rocketdriver.com. Please include:
If your request is about information held by a business that uses the Rocket Driver CRM or another Rocket Driver platform, see “If your information is in a business’s Rocket Driver account” below.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the timeframe applicable law allows.
Rocket Driver provides software, including the Rocket Driver CRM, to agencies and other businesses. Those businesses use it to keep their own records — their contacts, leads, and clients. When they do, they decide what information to collect, why, and how long to keep it. Rocket Driver holds that information for them and acts on their instructions.
That means there are two kinds of request, and they go to different places.
1. Information Rocket Driver holds for its own purposes. This includes information you gave us through our website, an inquiry, a booking, a proposal, or your own business relationship with Rocket Driver — and, if you have a Rocket Driver platform account, your account details. Requests about this information are handled as described on the rest of this page. Email team@rocketdriver.com.
2. Information held inside a business customer’s account. If a business you dealt with uses the Rocket Driver CRM, and your details are in its records, that business is the one that can answer you. Please contact it directly — it can access, correct, and delete your information itself, and it knows why it holds your information.
If you contact us instead, we will:
We will not access, change, or delete a business customer’s records in response to a request from someone other than that customer, unless that customer instructs us to or the law requires us to. Except by forwarding your request, we do not confirm whether a particular business is a Rocket Driver customer or whether it holds information about you.
This is not a way of avoiding your request. It generally reflects how applicable privacy law allocates responsibility in this situation: the business that decided to collect your information is the one that answers for it, and the one that can actually act on your request.
Marketing emails from Rocket Driver will include an unsubscribe option where required by law. You can unsubscribe using the link in the email or by contacting us at team@rocketdriver.com. We will honor valid opt-out requests within the time required by applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some uses of analytics, advertising, retargeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, lead attribution, pixels, tags, cookies, scripts, or similar technologies may be considered “selling,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or “cross-context behavioral advertising” under certain state privacy laws.
Where applicable, you may exercise opt-out rights through any of the following:
Where required by applicable law, Rocket Driver will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for activities that may be considered selling, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising. If a Cookie Settings tool or preference center is available on the site, you may also use that tool to manage applicable cookie and tracking choices.
Where California privacy law applies, California residents may have the right to:
Where applicable, California residents may exercise opt-out rights through this Your Privacy Choices page, any Do Not Sell or Share option we make available, any Cookie Settings or preference center we make available, a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, or another method described on this site. You can also contact us at team@rocketdriver.com.
Residents of Texas, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Florida, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Tennessee, Iowa, Indiana, Utah, Maryland, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nebraska, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing of personal information, including targeted advertising, sale, profiling, or similar activities where applicable. Some states also provide a right to appeal a decision we make about your request.
To exercise these rights or to appeal, contact team@rocketdriver.com.
Before responding to certain privacy requests, we may need to verify your identity. We may ask you to provide information that allows us to reasonably confirm that you are the person connected to the information requested.
If you are making a request on behalf of someone else, we may ask for proof that you are authorized to act for that person.
We will use information provided for verification only to verify and respond to the request, unless another use is permitted by law.
Some state privacy laws give residents the right to appeal a decision we make about a privacy request. If we deny your request and your state gives you appeal rights, you may appeal by replying to our decision email or contacting team@rocketdriver.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
We will review the appeal and respond within the time required by applicable law.
Where applicable law allows, you may use an authorized agent to make a privacy request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of authority, such as a signed permission from you, before we respond.
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some state laws apply additional protections to users under a higher age (for example, 16 or 18). We are not directed to those users either. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact team@rocketdriver.com.
The specific rights available to you, the verification steps we may use, our response timing, and any right of appeal depend on your location, your relationship with Rocket Driver, and the law that applies.
They also depend on whether Rocket Driver holds the information for its own purposes or on behalf of a business customer.
